Data Center & AI

Large-Scale Data Center Design & Build in Saudi Arabia

We design and build the large-scale data centers that power the digital economy of the Kingdom — from site selection, electrical and mechanical design, and Tier III/IV redundancy to the high-density power and liquid-cooling systems that modern AI and HPC racks demand.

Why Disvect

What you get with our Data Center Design & Build practice

Real outcomes our clients see when they bring us in. No fluffy benefits, no vendor marketing — just what actually changes.

Built for AI density

Racks engineered for 40–130kW of GPU compute, with direct-to-chip liquid cooling and rear-door heat exchangers designed in from day one — not retrofitted later.

Resilient power & cooling

N+1 and 2N electrical topologies, on-site generation, and free-cooling strategies tuned for the Gulf climate to keep PUE low and uptime high.

Tier-rated and certified

Facilities designed to Uptime Institute Tier III and Tier IV standards, with the documentation your auditors and insurers expect.

Delivered on schedule

Modular and pre-engineered build approaches compress timelines, so capacity comes online in months — phased to match your demand curve.

Where it fits

Industries we serve

Common engagements where our data center design & build practice delivers measurable value across the Kingdom.

Energy & Industrial

On-premise and edge data centers for the Eastern Province energy corridor — hardened for industrial environments and integrated with OT networks.

Government & Sovereign

In-Kingdom facilities that keep sensitive workloads and data resident in Saudi Arabia, aligned with NCA controls and national data-sovereignty requirements.

Cloud & Colocation Providers

Wholesale and retail colocation halls built to host hyperscale tenants, with metered power, secure cages, and carrier-neutral connectivity.

Common questions

Data Center Design & Build FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often during scoping calls.

What data center tiers do you design and build?+

We design to Uptime Institute Tier III and Tier IV standards, matching redundancy (N+1, 2N) to your availability and budget targets. We also modernize existing rooms to raise their effective tier.

Can your data centers support high-density AI racks?+

Yes. We design for 40–130kW per rack using direct-to-chip liquid cooling, rear-door heat exchangers, and high-amperage busways — the densities that NVIDIA-class GPU systems require.

Do you handle power and cooling, or just the IT fit-out?+

Both. Our scope covers electrical (utility intake, generators, UPS, distribution) and mechanical (chillers, CRAC/CRAH, liquid cooling) as well as racks, structured cabling, and the compute fit-out.

How long does a data center build take?+

A modular hall can come online in 6–9 months; a full purpose-built facility typically runs 12–18 months from design to commissioning. We phase capacity so early racks go live while later halls are still being fitted.

Does the data stay inside Saudi Arabia?+

Yes — that is the point of an in-Kingdom build. Facilities are sited in Saudi Arabia with data sovereignty, NCA alignment, and physical security designed in.
